General Store Questions
What is TPegg Photography all about?
TPegg Photography is a veteran-owned fine art studio dedicated to capturing authentic moments in nature and architecture. Founded by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, our mission is to provide high-quality, archival prints that tell a story—from the quiet woods of Michigan to the historic streets of New York.
Do the prints come framed?
To ensure the safety of the artwork during shipping and to allow you to choose a frame that matches your personal decor, all prints are currently sold unframed. Each print is produced with a symmetrical 1-inch white border to allow for safe handling and professional framing. This margin is also where I hand-title and sign each piece in graphite.

Do you offer custom sizes or larger formats?
I currently offer standard sizes that best complement the composition of each piece. However, if you are looking for a specific larger format for a gallery wall, please reach out via the Contact Page and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
How can I contact customer support?

Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each piece is printed to order in my private studio to ensure gallery-level precision, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. This time allows for custom printing on your selected medium (Textured, Metallic, or Matte), natural ink curing, and hand-signing.
- Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.
- International (inc. UAE): Shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 10–14 business days after processing.
You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your print is secured and dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
es. We currently ship to the United States and select international locations.
- Flat-Pack Security: All 17" x 22" Master Prints are shipped flat in reinforced, multi-layer architectural packaging to ensure they arrive without the "memory curl" associated with rolling.
- Customs & Documentation: We include all necessary customs declarations (HS Code 4911.91) to ensure a smooth transition through international postal entry.
- Quotes: If your location is not listed at checkout, please use our Contact Page for a custom shipping quote.
Note: International customers are responsible for any local import duties or VAT incurred upon arrival.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package's progress.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
I want you to be completely satisfied with your art. We offer a 30-day return policy for all prints. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the print is in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
As a veteran-owned business, I stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves my studio. Your satisfaction is my priority.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email tony@tpeggphotography.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Sanctuary Series
How does the donation process work?
For every print sold in the Sanctuary Series, $1.00 is donated directly to the sanctuary that cares for the animal featured. For example, Kira's prints support Christiane’s Exotic Parrotdise.
Can I suggest a sanctuary?
Absolutely! If you know of a local wildlife rescue or sanctuary that does great work, please reach out via our Contact Page.
Payments & Security
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your security is our priority. Our store is built on the Shopify platform, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and credit card information is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption during the entire checkout process. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience, including:

- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay)
- PayPal

Do you do In-person sales?
In-Person Sales: For local events and gallery showings, we accept all major credit cards via Shopify POS, as well as Venmo and Cash.
